Cancelation Policy

Bookings cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, and payments made for such bookings are non-refundable within this time frame. Sessions run regardless of weather conditions, but we reserve the right to cancel any bookings due to extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk. To cancel outside the 48-hour window, please contact us in advance. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability

  • Send confirmation or update texts through Singenuity and Square

  • Ensure participant safety (e.g., collecting waivers, birthdates, and emergency contacts when necessary)

  • Complete emergency response forms in the event of an incident, which may include relevant medical information

  • Improve our website and customer experience through usage analytics

Waivers and Personal Data

All guests must sign a legal release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 19 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

When completing a waiver, we collect the following information from participants 19 years and older:

  • Full name
     

  • Email address
     

  • Phone number
     

  • Mailing address
     

  • Birthdate
     

For participants under the age of 19, we only collect:

  • Full name
     

  • Birthdate
     

In these cases, we also collect the parent or legal guardian’s:

  • Full name
     

  • Email address
     

  • Phone number
     

  • Mailing address
     

  • Birthdate
     

This waiver data is stored securely and retained indefinitely for legal and safety purposes.
